Questions,Answered.

The things people ask us most. Don’t see yours? Reach out and we’ll get you a straight answer.
How do I book a trip?

Start on the Offerings page or send us a note through Contact with your preferred dates and party size. We’ll confirm availability, walk you through the details, and hold your spot — no deposit taken online.

What experience level do I need?

Anywhere from first-timer to lifelong — both are welcome. Tell us honestly where you’re at and we’ll match the trip, the pace, and the guide to suit you. Most of what you need we’ll teach you in the field; the rest, you’ll pick up faster than you’d think.

What’s included, and what should I bring?

Guiding, field logistics, and the heavy kit are on us — packs, optics, camp gear, and the know-how to use them. You bring broken-in boots, weather-appropriate layers, a valid license, and whatever personal items keep you comfortable. We’ll send a full packing list once your dates are set.

Are licenses and permits handled?

We’ll walk you through every tag, license, and permit your trip requires, and tell you exactly what to apply for and when. Some we secure on your behalf; others you’ll pull yourself — either way, you won’t be guessing, and you won’t set foot in the field out of compliance.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Plans change and weather turns — we get it. Cancel with reasonable notice and we’ll work with you to reschedule or refund. We don’t take a deposit online, and we’ll always tell you straight what your options are before anything is locked in.

Can you host groups or private parties?

Absolutely. Families, longtime hunting partners, corporate groups, or a father-and-son first trip — we run private parties built around your dates and your people. Tell us the group size and what you’re after, and we’ll put together something just for you.

Still Have a Question?

We’re happy to help.

Send us the details and we’ll get back to you with a real answer — usually the same day.
