Before You Book

For most montana big game hunts here you'll need a Montana nonresident license and the right animal tag (Draw or Leftover for this unit, HD 270). We walk you through the entire draw and application process and tell you exactly what to apply for and when, so you're never guessing and never out of compliance in the field.

You should be comfortable walking several miles a day over uneven ground, but this is not a brutal climb. Tell us honestly where you're at and we'll match the country and the pace to your ability.

Across the last three seasons our hunters have had a shot opportunity on a mature animal 97% of the time. We won't promise a kill — no honest outfitter will — but we will promise hard, fair effort on the best ground we have in the Bitterroot Mountains.

Yes. We welcome non-hunting companions in camp at a reduced rate, including meals and lodging. Just let us know when you book so we can plan stock, bunks and meals accordingly.

Plans change and weather turns. Reach us with reasonable notice and we'll work with you to reschedule or refund. We'll always tell you straight what your options are before anything is locked in.

The season won't wait.
